Meet Bobbi (USA)!

Bobbi grew up riding and competing hunter/jumper and equitation, qualifying for USEF Medal and ASPCA Maclay. After taking a break from riding during 20 years, she decided to return to her passion of riding, switching disciplines to dressage and training with Adam Cropper, a USDF Gold-Medalist for the last 6 years.

« I have two horses; an 18 year-old Oldenburg mare, La Rumba that I have had since she was 7, currently schooling Intermediate I. I earned my USDF Bronze, Silver, and Silver Bar medals with her. Last year, she won the New England Dressage Association Third/Fourth Level Freestyle Year-End Award for Amateur Owners and FEI Juniors with a 72.033% for her Fourth Level Freestyle. I also own a 7 year-old German Warmblood Gelding, Bestman HW (“Boss”), that is training First and Second Level. »

Bobbi owned and operated a 25-horse boarding facility in Pepperell, MA, which was sold in June 2021. She then moved her horses to a facility which, unfortunately, is too far for my trainer to travel to.

« That is when my search for a way to train remotely with him began. After a great deal of research, in August 2021, I decided to purchase a Pixio robot and a higher end camera which was good in low light for use in our Indoor. »

Bobbi has been using Pixio at least twice per week to work with my trainer and loves it!

« I record my lessons and have found it extremely helpful to watch them on my computer at home and review what my trainer was saying while being able to see what was happening during my lesson. »

While searching for the perfect auto-follow robot to film her lessons, Bobbi wanted to speak to someone who had used the system to help me understand which system would be best for my situation as she did not know any rider using the system.

« This made the selection more difficult and is why I am happy to speak with people and help them with their understanding of the systems and which would be best for their situation! »
