If the technical department at MOVE ‘N SEE decides that the robot cameraman needs to be returned to them, you will be given a return code (RMA: Return Material Authorization).
You can then return the product along with the accessories in its original packaging. The return code must be clearly marked on the exterior of the packaging.
As soon as we receive your package, our technicians will inspect and analyse the problem item.
If the guarantee detailed in the conditions of sale are applicable, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
